Type Pinyin in your browser

The candidate window matches the app: five candidates per page, with the current one’s number in coral.

• 1to5pick a candidate
• Spaceconfirm the highlighted one (the first by default)
• Deletepress once within 1.5 s of confirming to turn the word back into Pinyin and choose again
• Shifttap on its own to switch between Chinese and English; any half-typed Pinyin is kept as letters
• -=previous page, next page
• ,.enter the highlighted candidate followed by the punctuation mark
• Returnenter the Pinyin letters as typed
• Escclear the Pinyin (if next-word suggestions are showing, close them first)

Delete does not undo a next-word suggestion, punctuation, or letters entered with Return.
