How is the allowance counted?

On the free plan, cloud dictation is counted in words: 2,000 a week once your request is approved and you sign in. You can also try one free long recording of up to 3 minutes. Pro and Max have no word limit on cloud dictation, and long recording is counted in hours that reset monthly on your billing day, on yearly plans too. Offline recognition does not count toward any allowance.

When am I charged?

Your billing period starts on the day you subscribe and runs monthly or yearly. The plan renews automatically at the end of each period, on the renewal date shown on this page once you sign in.

Does it cut off if I run out partway through?

Dictation doesn’t. The sentence you are saying is finished and saved as usual, and the app tells you the allowance is used up. From the next sentence on, the cloud allowance is no longer available. The free long recording trial stops on its own at 3 minutes, and everything recorded up to then is kept.

How do I cancel?

Email us at support@day1aifitness.com and we will cancel it for you. After you cancel, the plan does not renew and stays active until the end of the current period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled under section 5 of the Terms.

Is payment safe?

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
